Glue and water mix for track ballasting

Since I ballasted my tracks some days back, I was looking for a good glue/water mixture that does the job properly. After doing some online research, I came across a YouTube video covering exactly that. I followed the instructions and was very happy with the result.

These are the recommended measurements:

• ⅓ glue
• ⅔ water
• some drops of dishwasher soap 

I used Cenemtit white, an well known crafting glue available in most stores. The dishwasher soap breaks the surface tension so the mixture distributes better and the ballast won’t have white glue stains.

Simply add everything to a jar with a lid, close the lid and shake until it is mixed thoroughly.
